Madovar Packaging was founded in 2011 in Montréal, Quebec, with a single conviction: a box should be just as carefully considered as the product inside it.
We are a family-owned and operated business. That matters to us more than it might sound. It means every project that comes through our doors carries our name. It means the standard we hold ourselves to isn't set by a boardroom or a quarterly target. Over the past 15 years we've grown into a full-service custom packaging manufacturer serving corporations, consumer brands, cosmetics companies, beverage producers, apparel brands, and specialty product makers across North America. We've produced packaging for national product launches, high-volume corporate gifting programs, and campaigns for brands that millions of people recognize. Most of that work is confidential. All of it is something we're proud of.
Every box we make is custom. There are no templates, no off-the-shelf solutions, no shortcuts. We work with clients from the earliest stage of a brief through structural design, material selection, sample production, and final delivery. If a client comes to us without a finished plan, that's fine. Helping refine an idea into packaging that works in the real world is part of what we do.
Our manufacturing facility is in Montréal, Canada. Building locally means we control quality at every stage: prototyping, insert engineering, material sourcing, and final assembly. It also means our clients work directly with our team throughout the process. No communication gaps, no overseas delays, no surprises at delivery.
We source papers and boards from reputable, sustainable mills and select materials based on performance, finish quality, and recyclability. Madovar is incorporated in both Canada and the United States, and our products are duty-free when imported into the United States under the USMCA agreement. Whether a client is shipping to Toronto or Los Angeles, the process is straightforward.

What we produce: rigid boxes, magnetic closure boxes, telescoping lid boxes, French door boxes, sleeve boxes, soft-touch boxes, chocolate and confection boxes, and custom inserts for every style. If it needs to be custom, we build it.
