1). Do your boxes fold flat? 

No, all our boxes are rigid and do not fold flat.

2). Do you sell bags, shipper boxes and ribbons?

No, we only produce and sell rigid luxury gift boxes. 

3). What is your turnaround time? 

Our current benchmark is 15 business days from approval of digital proof. If you require your order faster, rush fee option is available for production ($500 - 7 business days). 

4). Do you print on the boxes? 

Yes, we do! Learn more about the printing options we offer here: Classic Print Options & Premium Print Options or contact our team of experts and let them help you create the perfect custom printed box for your brand! 

5). Do you make custom boxes? 

Absolutely! We range from doing a simple logo on the box, to completely covering top to bottom in custom art, designing custom inserts and reveals inside the box, drawers and many more. For heavy custom requests, please contact one of our packaging experts to make sure we can fulfill all of your needs.

6). How can I send you my artwork or logo?

If you want to purchase a box from our standard website collection, you can simply upload your file to the relevant file upload dialog box. You should upload your file in one of the 3 following formats: ai, eps or tiff. If your file has any typography, please make sure to outline all fonts or provide the proper typeface. After your order has been placed, our designers will send you a prepress proof for your approval, indicating the placement and size of your design. For a custom box inquiry, you can send us an email to sales@madovar.com with your file attached to this email. 

7). What is your minimum order quantity? 

Good news is that we have NO minimum order quantity. You can get as many boxes as you need! Volume pricing (+500 units) can be quoted on request.

8). What size do your boxes come in? 

All our standard sizes are listed per box style on our website. The listed sizes measure interior dimensions (that way you know for sure your product/item will fit). Exterior dimensions are larger by 1" in length and width. Exterior depth measurements vary slightly. For custom size inquiries, please contact one of our packaging specialists! 

9). Do you offer samples? 

No, we do not offer samples. However, you can purchase 1 unit from any of our collections to verify our quality. 

10). Do you have recyclable gift boxes?

Yes, we do - as of 2019, we have introduced the E-Luxe box. A 100% recyclable and sustainable removable lid box. 1% of proceeds from our E-Luxe box will be going to our partner, 1% for the Planet, a global organization that connects dollars and doers to address the most pressing issues facing our planet and accelerate smart environmental giving. 

11). Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship our boxes out of Montréal, Canada, where manufacturing takes place, anywhere in the world. Boxes are shipped at 5PM EST from our facility in Montréal and start transiting that same evening. Shipping time depends on the method chosen on checkout.
