About Madovar Custom Luxury Boxes
Madovar Packaging Inc. is a family-owned custom packaging manufacturer founded in 2011. From the beginning, our focus has been on designing and producing luxury rigid boxes that are functional, durable, and built around real products, not templates. We work with an experienced international network of designers, engineers, and skilled production teams to deliver high-quality custom gift boxes for brands across multiple industries, including cosmetics, fragrance, beverages, corporate gifting, and premium retail.
Every project, regardless of size, is approached with care, precision, and attention to detail. Our work combines structural design, material knowledge, and hands-on manufacturing to create packaging that protects, presents, and elevates the product inside. Sustainability is part of that responsibility, not an afterthought.
MANUFACTURING
All Madovar boxes are custom produced from our facility in Montréal, Quebec. Manufacturing locally allows us to control quality at every stage, from prototyping and insert engineering to final assembly. We source high-quality papers and boards from reputable, sustainable paper mills and select materials based on performance, recyclability, and finish, not trends.
Madovar is incorporated in both Canada and the United States, which allows us to support clients across North America with a straightforward ordering and delivery process. Our products are duty-free when imported into the United States under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement. With access to a strong logistics network, completed orders can be shipped efficiently throughout Canada and the United States, including expedited options when timelines require it.
OUR APPROACH
Custom packaging works best when it starts with understanding the product. Once we receive a project brief, we work closely with our clients to define specifications such as box structure, dimensions, materials, branding, color matching, and interior inserts. Many clients come to us without a finished plan. That’s expected. Part of our role is helping refine ideas into packaging that works in the real world.
Meetings can be held in person at our Montréal facility or remotely through web-conferencing. Samples and prototypes are available by request, allowing clients to review fit, finish, and functionality before full production. Our process is collaborative, practical, and designed to reduce costly revisions later.
