Sustainable Packaging That’s Real and Measured
At Madovar we take sustainability seriously. We know luxury packaging shouldn’t be beautiful on the outside only to become waste on the inside. That’s why we built our E-luxe line of boxes: rigid, upscale packaging made from fully recyclable paper and board that meets real environmental standards, not just buzzwords. Our E-luxe boxes start with responsibly sourced materials and avoid lamination or coatings that block recycling, so they can be reused or recycled through standard processing systems.
Our studio and production facility are in Montreal, where more than 99 percent of the electricity grid comes from renewable sources like hydroelectric and wind power.1 Producing packaging here means the power running presses, cutters, folders and assembly comes from one of the cleanest electrical systems in North America.
We also pay attention to how your boxes get to you. We choose the shortest, most energy-efficient shipping routes available, and package orders to minimize excess volume and weight in transit. Those decisions help reduce fuel use and carbon emissions for every shipment.
