Questions
Which insert material should I choose?
Foam protects fragile or heavy items, board looks the most finished, and molded pulp is the most sustainable. We will recommend one based on your products.
Do you need the actual products?
Exact dimensions are enough to start. For a tight fit, we may ask for one sample of each item before production.
What is the minimum order?
50 units per design. Larger programs are quoted per project.
How long does it take?
About 1 week for sampling, then 3 to 5 weeks of production for runs under 500 units. Larger runs, and orders we pack and ship for you, are scheduled with you at the start. Rush timelines can be accommodated.
